Meet The Founder

I have always been passionate about the impact that food has on our lives. When my mom was diagnosed with cancer, I looked to support her recovery with nutrient-dense whole foods. Since then, I have felt the difference that quality food makes. I became a Certified Health Coach to learn the science behind different ingredients and began recipe testing to create plant-based products made from alternative flour. I knew the recipe was final when my *very picky* fiancé said he LOVED it.
